Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy from the delivery time

The item must be uninstalled, unused, in resalable condition, in original packaging, and complete with all tags and manuals. Make sure to follow all the directions in the Return Process outlined above. OEM and aftermarket parts may be returned to ProPart Marine.com within 30 days of receipt. To return please communicate by mail at support@propartmarine.com

 

Return Process

  1. Please use the "Order Status" page then click on the "Return Items" button on the top right hand corner to start a return process on "Shipped" orders.  
  2. We will review your request and if you meet the required conditions, we will help to initiate a return for you. 
  3. Carefully package the item, taking care to include all of its tags, bags, and manuals. Please be sure not to write on or damage the manufacturer's packaging material, as this can make an item not returnable.
  4. Please be sure to ship your package in a sturdy shipping box. 
  5. Once we receive your package, we will inspect your returned items to ensure they meet the guidelines. If the item and packaging are in resalable condition, we will process your refund back to the original payment method

Thee is no restocking fee. 

There is no cost  for returning  in case  case of this happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in another way

 You will be responsible for paying actual shipping cost for your own shipping costs for returning your item in case of  purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit or they no longer want the item  .

 Refund Policy

After a careful check on your order, if we confirm via email that you are eligible for a full refund, your refund will be processed by our internal team within 3-5 business days   business days of refund confirmation. In the next 24 hours (from the time of receiving the email/SMS requesting to Cancel the customer’s order), our Customer Care Department will confirm the details with the order on your email and we will issue a full refund for this order within 48 hours after that, and follow the return policy of the payment gateways that the ProPart Marine  is integrating. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow three to five (3-5) business days for refunds to be processed following receipt of your return.
